We accept many vision insurance plans. These include but are not limited to:

Eyemed

Eyemed has numerous plans to choose from. We take most of these plans but there are a small number of plans that restrict where you can go. Unfortunately these plans do not include a provider in your area. If this is your case contact your HR department at work or your insurance provider to see if you can see someone in the area.

Superior Vision

Superior Vision has numerous plans available. We take the time to call and get each customer's list of beinefits and then work with you to help you get the most out of those benefits.

Always Vision

We are proud to be an Always Care provider. When you present us with and Always Care card we will contact the company to determine the best way to use your benefits to get the best eyewear available.

Medicare

Medicare will pay for one pair of eyeglasses directly after cataract surgery. All we need is a copy of your Medicare card and your surgery dates and we can file all of the paperwork for you.

Medicaid

Medicaid pays for 1 pair of eyeglasses every year for minors and 1 pair of eyeglasses every 5 years for anyone 21 and older.
